CIA at Copia Grand Opening




The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Copia celebrated a boisterous grand opening with wine tastings, cooking classes and demonstrations, and more. 1) Sampling Greystone Cellars wine at the Tasting Showcase at CIA at Copia; 2) Chef Hilary Sullivan Powers teaching a class; 3) The grand “ribbon cutting” ceremony was a 21-bottle salute—sabering of seven bottles at the same time, three times in a row.
